This lady was really pretty. she's modeling again for our class on Tuesday, so I'm gonna try to do a better portrait. 6b graphite stick and 6b woodless graphite pencil. (it's fun using those together!)

I equipped Roy with a claymore because I was excited to watch the last 2 episodes of Claymore with Matt last Friday. The final episodes kinda sucked and we were disappointed.

concept illustration #1: Drama

Here's an updated version of my favorite character from the first part of the semester, and my first illustration assignment for concept class.

It's not finished, but I don't like when people say that during critiques as a way to dispel everyone's criticisms, so I didn't. I'll fix it up and open it during the next critique to shut everyone up! Just kidding... :) But I am going to, haha.
The initial idea I had was for her to be in a kitchen looking super creepy with a bunch of cute food around. There are some things I need to add to get the point across, but I'm pretty happy with the way it's going so far. Huge thanks to Michael for helping me with the lighting!

I've been awake since 9:00pm. PERRY AND AMY ARE FLYING HERE TODAY! Their plane should be landing soon. :) I wish VCU was next to Ringling so I could see them all the time, haha.
